- Check in time is 4:30 PM and check out time is 10:30 AM or otherwise arranged with innkeeper.
Parking
- Street side parking during check in
- Overnight Parking located in driveway of Main House
Deposits
- Deposit to secure reservation is 100% of entire stay.
- All major credit cards for deposit thru PayPal.
Cancellations
Stays 6 Nights and Over
- Two weeks’ notice required for full deposit refund, less $50.00 cancellation fee per room.
- If under a week’s notice full refund, less $50.00 cancellation fees, will only be given if room is re-booked.
- Cancellation 6 PM previous day or under or no show, no refund.
Stays 5 Nights and Under
- Two weeks’ notice required for full deposit refund, less $50.00 cancellation fee per room.
- If under a week’s notice full refund, less $50.00 cancellation fees, will only be given if room is re-booked.
- Cancellations after 6 PM previous day or no show, no refund will be given.
Indemnification Agreement – A signed copy of the Indemnification Agreement will be requested at check-in.
